We hired Gary and Sheila to cater for us on our wedding on the 30th July 2021. They were very friendly, accommodating and professional. They catered for 80 guests with a barbeque during the day and nibbles in the evening. The food was delicious, everyone commented on how nice it was, especially the ribs, they were amazing! Communication throughout was fantastic. The team of bar staff were lovely and also very professional. Birthday Party in Turvey close, aston Clinton, Aylesbury. 6th June 2021
The swift response to our original enquiry was mantained throughout giving lots of confidence. Also really took on board a viariety of allergen requirements and designed a veg curry dish for 'literally everyone' which was so well received and enjoyed. Loved the attention to detail on serving and cleaning up too. Friendly and very personable to our guests.


Event in Milton Keynes 24th April 2021.
We used Gary for a working staff BBQ lunch. He was great to deal with - very friendly and accommodating.All the staff loved the food - he served a great variety.
Would be happy to use again and highly recommend.


Anniversary in Staple Hall Road Fenny Stratford. 22nd May 2021.
Great service. easy communication. Our guests were really impressed by the quality of the food. We hada fantastic day celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and having Gary provide ehe bbq made it all the more special.


Just a note to say a massive thank you for your efforts at the weekend! Lots of happy fed and watered party guests. The cheese cake/buffet was absolutely immense!!

Gary at All in One Bars and Catering was really helpful with family reunion BBQ in the summer (2015) Cambridge. Lots of communication via email. Prices very competitive - everyone very pleased.

2nd BBQ booking with Gary and wife Sheila this year on 24/10/15 at Landbeach, Cambridge. 86 adults BBQ and Disco. Once again very informative and helpful especially with some dietary needs for guest - gluten and dairy free and having nut and seed allergy - request did not trouble them at all - extremely accommodating. Good variety of food, breads, salads (hot and cold). Despite large numbers for the BBQ they managed well to keep up with the demand - no criticism just praise for their team. Even a little rain did not deter Gary - in fact he remained very positive and just continued. We will be using Allin One Bars and Catering again but maybe next year 2016!! Thanks again for your hard work.

Hi Gary, Sheila and the girls,

We are back from our honeymoon and to reality and we would like to thank you all for the fantastic catering, BBQ and bar. The day was perfect in every way we couldn't have asked for more, and that was down to your support even though we sprung a few surprises on the day, like turning up a little early

The feedback from our guests was that the food was amazing especially the BBQ that went down really well (the marinated burgers were a big hit). We were pleased that we had pretty much drank the bar dry by the end of the evening also (I told you we were a boozy lot). The afternoon tea was perfect and you exceeded our expectations by bringing out additional cake and sandwiches. A number of guests were also very pleased that you had ales available

All in all our vision became reality and we had the perfect day and some lovely memories. We will send you guys some pictures through when we receive them.
